| We request that you arrive FIFTEEN MINUTES prior to your service so that you may relax, and have a complimentary beverage as well as complete any forms that may be necessary for your treatment. If you do not arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment, we may have to cut your treatment time or reschedule your appointment. |

| We require a twenty-four hour notice of cancellation. Reservations cancelled without the benefit of a twenty-four hour notice will incur a fifty percent charge for those services cancelled. No-Show reservations will be charged on hundred percent of the cost of services. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Gift Certificates to reserve and secure appointments. Charges will be made on credit cards or deducted from gift certificates that were used to hold reservations. |

| For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those receiving services will be permitted in the service area. For the safety of children under twelve years of age who are not receiving services, adult supervision is required in the main reception area. |

| We are pleased to offer a variety of hours and talent. If your technician is unavailable or you would enjoy a fresh point of view, feel free to schedule with any team member for your services. |
